Started back in 2016, Bulwark Safe Harbor grew from a simple frustration. Founder Mihai Popescu watched his neighbor lose years of family photos to water damage during a spring flood. He spent the next year researching, talking to insurance adjusters, security experts, and everyday people who'd lost things they couldn't replace.
