Started back in 2016, Bulwark Safe Harbor grew from a simple frustration. Founder Mihai Popescu watched his neighbor lose years of family photos to water damage during a spring flood. No backup plan existed. Nothing was documented. That's when it clicked — most people have zero strategy for protecting what actually matters. He spent the next year researching, talking to insurance adjusters, security experts, and everyday people who'd lost things they couldn't replace.
